Reliance Jio

Today, it was the last day to enroll for Prime membership of Reliance Jio. If you still couldn’t do the Rs. 99 recharge, Reliance Jio has given you 15 more days for this. Jio has extended the deadline for purchasing Jio’s Rs 303 plan till April 15.

Update: There is an important update. On April 6, Reliance Jio has discontinued the “Jio Summer Surprise”. If you have no yet subscribed for the Summer Surprise offer, you cannot get it now.

For Prime members, Jio has also announced a surprise offer called “Jio Summer Surprise”. Every Jio Prime member will services for the initial 3 months on a complimentary basis after the first recharge with Jio’s Rs 303 plan (or any higher value plan). After this recharge, the first pain tariff plan will be applied only in July.

“Customers who could not enroll in Jio Prime by March 31 can still do so by paying Rs 99 along with their first purchase of Jio’s Rs 303 and other plans till 15th April,” Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani said in a statement.

Jio has already achieved over 100 million active subscribers. It also surpassed the market expectations by converting over 70 million to Prime members.

If you have not yet subscribed to Prime membership, you can pay via Myjio app, Ji.com, Paytm or Mobikwik. Due to too much of load, MyJio app and Jio.com are not working. So, you can use Paytm to pay and recharge your Jio Prime.

Ambani also confirmed that this is just one of many surprises lined up Jio Prime members. So, we can expect more offers after June.

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is also available. Lakhs of customers have already ditched their existing network provider and moved to Jio.

Mukesh Ambani has claimed many times that calling will be free forever on Reliance Jio’s network. You will only have to pay for data. If you do not use the data connection, you can still use Jio for free calling.
