8 sub-domains of nasa.gov have been defaced by a group of hackers from Italy. This hackers group is called the M4ST£R 1T4L!4N H@CK£RS T£4M (Master Italian Hackers Team). All defaced sub-domains belongs to Ames Research Center (ARC) of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Security news website hackread has posted the links of affected websites on pastebin. All these sub-domains are now down.

At this moment, reason of the attack is not known. It seems that they want to build reputation in cyber world with this big attack.
This is not the first time when NASA is targeted by hackers. In past, we have seen many hacking attacks on Nasa and other websites belong to it.
