LastPass has confirmed another data breach incident. The company further revealed that unknown hackers breached its cloud storage and accessed customer data. This is the second security incident confirmed by LastPass in 2022.

In August 2022, LastPass suffered a cyber attack when hackers hacked into developer systems and accessed source code. Hackers used the information stolen in the previous hack to access company’s cloud storage and managed to access customer data. However, the company didn’t confirm what customer data was accessed by the attackers.
