Infinix today launched its latest budget 4G phone Infinix Smart 9 HD in India. It is the successor to Smart 8 HD which was launched back in 2023 and comes with several notable features.

Infinix Smart 9 HD features a 6.7-inch HD+ display with 90Hz Refresh Rate and 500 nits peak brightness. It runs XOS 14 based on the Android GO edition. Infinix claims that the phone will offer over 3 years of lag-free performance.

The phone packs MediaTek Helio G50 12nm processor with 3GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. Internal storage is further expandable up to 1TB with microSD.

The phone features a 13 megapixels primary camera with LED flash and a Zoom flash. It also has a secondary depth camera. For selfies, it has 8 megapixels selfie camera with a front LED flash.

The fingerprint sensor is on the side button. It also has a dual speakers setup for good audio. Infinix Smart 9 HD is IP54 dust and splash-resistant. Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C. Smart 8HD packs a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging.

The Infinix Smart 9 HD is priced at Rs. 6,699, but it will be available for Rs. 6,199 including Rs. 500 bank offer on day 1. The phone will go on sale from Flipkart starting on February 4th at 12 noon.
