People who have Google Home or any other Google Assistant-powered speaker need to make YouTube Music as the default streaming music on their speaker. For this, they can visit the Account Settings section of the Google Home app. In Settings, visit Services, Music and select “YouTube Music” as default.

After this, users can ask Google Assistant to play music and it will be played using YouTube music. In free YouTUbe music, you can only ask it to play songs for a mood or a certain genre.
