One of the largest telecommunications services providers, Vodafone has also announced its unlimited free calling packs for prepaid customers to remain in the fight against Reliance Jio and Airtel. Airtel also announced the same kind of prepaid packs yesterday offering unlimited free calling.

Vodafone has announced two packs for Rs. 144-149 and Rs. 344-349. The price depends on the circle.

In the first pack priced at Rs. 144-149, customers will get unlimited local and ST calls to Vodafone connections across the country with 50 MB data for 28 days. Customers will also get unlimited free incoming calls on National Roaming. If you own a 4G handset, you will also get 500 MB 4G data.

The second plan priced at Rs 344-349 offers 344-349 Unlimited Local+ STD on all mobile & landline calls across the country along with 50MB data for 28 days. Customers will also get unlimited incoming free on national roaming. If you own 4G handset, you also get 1 GB free 4G data.

Launching this liberating plan, Sandeep Kataria, Chief Commercial Officer, Vodafone India said, “At Vodafone, we remain committed to delighting customers with simple, ready to use solutions to address their various communication needs. We had recently made incoming free on national roaming across India. Now, with these unlimited calling plans, there will be absolutely no need to hold back. Our hundreds of million customers can remain confidently connected and enjoy talking to their loved ones worry free. Our 4G customers will further enjoy the additional benefit of up to free 1GB data along with unlimited calls.”

After the launch of Reliance Jio, other telecom providers are facing huge loss and customers have started moving away from these providers. Many of their existing customers have started using fewer services as they are now using Reliance Jio for free calls and data.
