Samsung has just started rolling out the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in India. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the latest version of Galaxy Note and was launched in India back in September.

Samsung announces Galaxy Note 2

This new Android 4.1.2 update brings several new features including Notification Toggles, customizable Notification Pane, options to disable multi window, Option to disable Brightness Slider from the notification bar, new keyboard with gestures, new S Note widget, Easy mode on S Planner, Emotional INK lockscreen effect, and several other improvements.

The Android 4.1.2 OTA (Over the Air) update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is about 262 MB in size. So it will be better if you have Wifi. You can check for the update manually from the Settings, About and then Software update.
