Yesterday, Samsung has launched Samsung galaxy S Duos in India. Galaxy S duos is a dual SIM smartphone and is available for Rs. 17,990.
It is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 7227A processor and runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It features a 4 inch display LCD display with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution and looks like Galaxy SIII. It comes with Adreno 200 Graphic engine which is good enough for most of the tasks but not good for HD gaming.
It comes with 768 MB of RAM and 4GB internal storage. Internal storage is also expandable upto 32 GB using a standard Micro SDHC. It also features a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and video recording at VGA resolution. It is also packed with a front camera for video calls.
Connectivity features of this smartphone includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v 3.0 and aGPS.
Samsung Galaxy S duos features a 500 mAh battery which would be great for 1-2 days worth of usage time.
