Apple has today sent a media invite to for a new Apple event scheduled on May 7. The invite image includes an Apple Pencil to confirm that the event is about new iPads. This will be a virtual event scheduled at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET on May 7.
We can expect the refreshed iPad Air models. It could include a 10.9-inch model and a larger iPad Air with a 12.9-inch display size. The upcoming iPad Pro includes 11.1 inches and 12.9 inches models. The new iPad Pro could pack a powerful M3 chip and the iPad Air models could come with an Apple M2 chip. The pro model will also feature an OLED display.
The event could also see the launch of the new Apple Pencil. Some reports also suggest the possible launch of a new Magic Keyboard with a larger trackpad for the iPad Pro.
The company should also launch the iPad Mini 7 and iPad 11th Gen. But there’s nothing we can certainly say. So, we will have to wait until the official launch.
