Bengaluru-based fintech startup Prosperr.io has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Jungle Ventures. The round also saw participation from Yatra Angel Network, Sadev Ventures, and other strategic investors. With this investment, the company’s total funding now stands at $5.55 million since it was founded in 2022.
Prosperr.io is building an AI-powered tax management infrastructure that aims to simplify tax compliance for both individuals and enterprises. The startup focuses on solving long-standing challenges in tax operations, especially as income sources become more diverse and businesses expand across multiple regions.
Founded by engineers Manas Gond and Dev Kumar, Prosperr.io positions itself as an always-on taxation platform for salaried individuals. The platform adapts to a user’s financial goals, helps identify eligible tax deductions, and enables proactive communication with tax advisers. For enterprises, the company offers automated tax-saving employee allowances and reimbursement systems designed to improve financial well-being while reducing operational complexity.
Manas Gond, CEO and co-founder of Prosperr.io, said the company is building an AI-driven financial operating system for working professionals in India. He added that the company’s Flexi Benefit Plan and Super Saver Plan are changing how businesses and individuals manage taxes, savings, and compliance. Gond noted that Prosperr.io has seen three times year-on-year revenue growth, and the new funding will help speed up its AI and product roadmap.
The startup has also expanded its enterprise offerings with a new AI-powered reimbursement solution. This product is aimed at addressing the growing complexity of corporate tax operations and employee expense management.
Jungle Ventures believes tax remains one of the least innovated layers of financial infrastructure. Rishab Malik, Partner for Seed Investments at Jungle Ventures, said Prosperr.io aligns well with the firm’s strategy of backing experienced founders who solve deep and structural problems. He added that the company’s use of AI across compliance, deductions, and reimbursements is helping create a new category of tax infrastructure.
Since its last funding round, Prosperr.io has reported five times revenue growth. The company claims to have 80 percent retention in its consumer business and full retention among its enterprise clients.
