As we reported yesterday, now it is confirmed that new Macs will be coming at an event on October 27. ReCode has confirmed news from verified sources. Media has yet to receive any invitation for the event.

This move had long been expected as Apple has been selling Mac models for a long time without significant changes. Most of the people interested in buying Mac products were also waiting for new models before making the purchase.

We already have few news reports about Macbook Pro and Macbook Air models. Apple is reportedly ditching 11-inch MacBook Air model. New MacBook models will also feature USB Type-C,and Thunderbolt 3. Apple is also expected to add flatter keyboard, redesigned thinner body and more.

Apple released MacOS Sierra last month and surprisingly there is no new computer sporting the software. MacOS Sierra comes with Apple’s Siri voice assistant integration, ability to copy and paste between iOS and MacOS devices, and more.

Now we have a confirmed date for the launch of Mac models, so be ready to get more leaks and reports confirming various things about MacBook Pro or MacBook Air models. If you were also thinking to buy Macbook, wait for 10 more days for new models and get latest tech in your laptop.
