HP has launched the HyperX OMEN 16 VALORANT Limited Edition gaming laptop in India. Created in collaboration with Riot Games, the new laptop is designed for VALORANT fans and combines powerful gaming hardware with exclusive design elements inspired by the popular tactical shooter.
The laptop features custom VALORANT-themed visuals along with hidden Easter eggs that fans of the game can discover. This is the latest collaboration between HP and Riot Games to offer gaming products tailored for VALORANT players.
The HyperX OMEN 16 VALORANT Limited Edition can be configured with up to an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX processor featuring 16 cores and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with 8GB of GDDR7 memory. HP has also included OMEN AI, which automatically optimizes system, hardware, and game settings to deliver better performance in supported games, including VALORANT.
For esports players, the laptop comes with a HyperAction keyboard featuring an 8,000Hz polling rate for faster input response. It also offers up to a 16-inch 2.5K IPS display with a 240Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and up to 500 nits of brightness.
The laptop is available with up to 24GB DDR5 RAM and 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD storage. It also includes dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra, HP Audio Boost, and HyperX-tuned audio for an improved gaming experience.
Other features include a 1080p Full HD webcam with HDR support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, 2.5GbE Ethernet, HDMI 2.1, USB Type-C with DisplayPort and Power Delivery, multiple USB Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It packs an 83Wh battery with support for fast charging that can charge up to 50 percent in around 30 minutes using the bundled 280W charger.
