Syrian Electronic Army hacks Washington Post’s mobile site

hacked SEA Syrian Electronic Army is another in news for hacking into mobile site of Washington Post. Now Washington Post has put the mobile site in offline mode.

When users were visiting the website, it was showing few alert messages saying,”You’ve been hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army!.” “US govt is training the terrorists to kill more Syrians.” “Saudi Arabia and its allies are killing hundreds of Yemens [sic] people everyday [sic]!.” “The media is always lying.” All these messages were showing in different Javascript alert boxes.

Once all alert boxes have been shown, it displays a message saying “Hacked by SEA.”

SEA also confirmed the hack in a tweet with a pic as hacking proof.
