Facebook rolls out Messenger payments in New York; now it also lets you pay inside group chats

Users will also be able to pay to a friend individually in a group chat. For this, tap in $ icon and then select the friend who you want to pay. Then add amount and pay. Others people in the group conversation will be able to see who paid whom, and how much.
