Now “Send Hangouts Message” with Google Now command

Hangout Dialer App is shown as a Default Dialer App

Google has added another voice command to its Google Now. Now you can send Hangouts message to a contact just by using voice commands. It was first spotted by Droidlife.

To send a hangouts message, you only need to say ‘ok Google, Send hangout message’ and then it will ask you to speak your message.

Then you can speak the name of the person to whom you want to send the message and then narrate the message. It is worth to mention that you need to have updated Hangouts app in your device. I tested it in Lollipop powered smartphone and it was working fine.

Addition of this voice command is really useful. I personally use Hangouts and with this voice command, I can easily send messages to my contacts. Try this and share your views with us via comments.
