Acer unveils Iconia One 8 and Iconia Tab 10 Android tablets

Acer has announced two new Android tablets at IFA 2014 in Berlin. These tablets are Acer Iconia One 8 and Iconia Tab 10. As the name suggests, Acer Iconia One 8 comes with 8 inch display and Iconia tab 10 comes with 10.1 inch display

Talking about the Acer Iconia One 8, it features a 8 inch HD IPS display based on Zero Air Grip technology and anti-fingerprint coating. It is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom TM Z3735G processor. It has dual cameras and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. It will be available in variety of colors including Black, White, Blue, Pink, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple and Red. It is just 8.5 mm thick and weighs only 340 grams.

Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A20 is another tablet announced by Acer. It comes with 10.1 inc full HD display. Acer confirms that display resolution may vary depending on the market. So, for some countries, it may also come with HD display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core MediaTek processor and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat. It has 5 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera.

It is packed with 1 GB RAM and will be available in 16GB/32GB variants. It also has microSD card to expand strage. it is packed with 3450 mAh battery. It comes with wi-fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro HDMI.

It will go on sale in september in US starting from US $ 199 only.
