Google Brings Android to The Car With Android Auto

Google has finally announced Android OS for cars with new Android Auto. Android Auto has been designed for the car. For this, Google has also partnered with Audi, Honda, GM, Hyundai and Nvidia to bring Android in cars.

Android Auto comes with deep integration of Google Now to help while driving. It gives you quick voice-based access to Google Maps, Voice based navigation, text messaging various other apps like Google Play Music.

If we explain this in simple words, you will have an Android system in your car. it will give you voice based navigation, will read your text messages, will write messages and many other tasks.

Google is also encouraging developers to bring more apps for the cars. Google has already partnered with Spotify, Pandora, MLB.TV, Stitcher, and Pocket Casts.

Google confirmed that it has partnered with 15 car brands including 40 other partners for this project.

Android Auto SDK is not available yet. But it will be launched soon.
