Microsoft has announced the next wave of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in January. The update brings a mix of big AAA titles, new day-one releases, and enhanced editions across cloud, console, PC, and handheld platforms.
One of the biggest additions this month is Star Wars Outlaws, which arrives on January 13. It is the first open-world Star Wars game and is set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
Another major release is Resident Evil Village, coming on January 20. The game continues Ethan Winters’ story and drops players into a mysterious European village filled with dangerous enemies and dark secrets. It is the eighth main entry in the Resident Evil series.
Atomfall launches on January 7 for Game Pass Premium users. It is a survival action game set in a fictional quarantine zone in England after a nuclear disaster. The same day also brings Lost in Random The Eternal Die, REMATCH, and Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine Master Crafted Edition.
On January 8, players can revisit the classic Final Fantasy, which returns with updated 2D visuals and improved gameplay. My Little Pony A Zephyr Heights Mystery joins the service on January 15, offering a light-hearted adventure with co-op support. The month wraps up with MIO Memories in Orbit, a metroidvania title that launches day one on Game Pass on January 20.
Microsoft also confirmed that a few games will leave Game Pass on January 15, including Neon White, Road 96, The Ascent, Flintlock The Siege of Dawn, and The Grinch Christmas Adventures.
