Google has announced the Pixel Watch 4 alongside the Pixel 10 series. The new smartwatch comes in two sizes, 41mm and 45mm, with upgraded hardware, brighter displays, and improved health tracking features. It runs on Wear OS 6.0 and will be available in India from October 2025.
The Pixel Watch 4 comes with a 100% recycled aluminium body and a 3D curved AMOLED display covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is slimmer, has thinner bezels compared to its predecessor, and offers a premium domed design. The watch is also 5ATM and IP68 water-resistant.
Both 41mm and 45mm variants feature Actua 360 AMOLED displays with a resolution of 320 ppi. They support up to 3000 nits peak brightness, a major jump from the previous generation, making it easier to read outdoors. The display refresh rate ranges from 1Hz to 60Hz, which helps with battery efficiency.
The smartwatch is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 chipset paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. It also includes a Cortex M55 co-processor to handle background tasks and extend efficiency. The device runs on Wear OS 6.0 and supports Google’s Gemini assistant, which can create playlists, set reminders, give directions, and summarize texts.
The Pixel Watch 4 includes 40+ workout modes such as running, swimming, HIIT, and hiking. It introduces new health features like Daily Readiness Score, Cardio Load, and Sleep Profile. Sensors include heart rate monitoring, ECG, SpO2, skin temperature, and cEDA for stress tracking. Users also get a morning briefing with weather, readiness, and health insights.
The 41mm model packs a 325mAh battery, offering 30 hours with always-on display and up to 48 hours in Battery Saver mode. The 45mm model has a 455mAh battery with 40 hours on always-on display and up to 72 hours in saver mode. Both support USB-C fast charging, reaching 80% in under 30 minutes.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, NFC, and an Ultra-Wideband chip. While 4G LTE support is available in global models, it is not included in the Indian variant. The US version also supports Satellite SOS communication, but this feature will not be available in India at launch.
The 41mm model comes in Polished Silver with Iris or Porcelain bands, Champagne Gold with Lemongrass band, and Matte Black with Obsidian band. The 45mm version is offered in Satin Moonstone with Moonstone band, Polished Silver with Porcelain band, and Matte Black with Obsidian band. Additional leather, woven, and metal bands are sold separately.
Pricing and Availability
In India, the Pixel Watch 4 41mm Wi-Fi model is priced at Rs. 39,900, while the 45mm Wi-Fi model costs Rs. 43,900. Both will go on sale in October 2025.
