CMF, the sub-brand of Nothing, has officially launched the CMF Phone 2 Pro in India, following the success of last year’s CMF Phone 1. The new device comes packed with a range of impressive features, including the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro SoC, a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, and a large 5,000mAh battery. The device is priced competitively and is positioned to take on mid-range competitors in the Indian market.

The CMF Phone 2 Pro comes in four color options: Black, Light Green, Orange, and White. It has IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. This device also follows the design of its predecessor. So, you can unscrew the back plate of the device with a screwdriver. This makes it easy to access the internal components for repairs or upgrades. What’s more, the screwdriver can also be used to attach accessory features like stands or wallets. The phone has an aluminum camera deco, stainless steel screws for the replaceable back cover. You can also add fish eye and macro lenses with the universal back cover for better camera experience. It also lets you add a Wallet, stand, and Lanyard that are available separately. The ability to mix-and-match parts with friends who own other CMF phones adds fun.

The CMF Phone 2 Pro features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. The display has up to 3000 nits of brightness, which makes it suitable for outdoor use. The display provides an overall smooth and immersive experience. It also has HDR10+ support and Panda Glass protection.

CMF Phone 2 Pro packs a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro processor, which offers 10% faster CPU performance and up to 5% better graphics than the previous generation. The device is coupled with 8GB of RAM (expandable to 16GB with the RAM Booster feature). It boasts smooth performance for gaming, multitasking, and everyday use. The phone also comes with 128GB or 256GB of storage, depending on the model you choose.

The device runs Nothing OS 3.2 based on Android 15. It promises three years of major Android updates and an additional three years of security patches.

The device has a 50-megapixel primary camera with EIS. It promises to capture detailed and sharp images, even in challenging lighting conditions. The phone also has a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it has 16-megapixel front camera. The device also has Nothing’s TrueLens Engine 3.0 that ensures impressive photo quality with enhanced color accuracy and clarity.

The smartphone has an optical in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options are 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB-C.

The CMF Phone 2 Pro is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and promises up to 47 hours of calling time and up to 22 hours of YouTube streaming on a single charge.. It also has 33W fast charging and supports 5W reverse wired charging. So, you can also charge other devices on the go.

The CMF Phone 2 Pro is available in two variants: the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model priced at Rs. 18,999 and the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at Rs. 20,999. The phone will be available for purchase through Flipkart, the CMF India website, and various retail partners. Along with the phone, a range of accessories, such as a universal cover, interchangeable lenses, and wallets, are also available for purchase separately.
