Nothing has rolled out the Nothing OS 2.5.5a update that brings ChatGPT integration to Nothing devices. You also get ChatGPT widgets for your home screen for quickly accessing ChatGPT. The update also brings improvements to the camera and improves performance.

To use ChatGPT features, you need to install the latest version of the ChatGPT app. The app is available via the Play Store. So, download the app after getting the latest Nothing OS update.

Nothing is also bringing ChatGPT integration to Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a) earbuds. Users can set a new gesture in the Nothing X app to start voice conversations with ChatGPT.

NothingOS update is also adding a new button within screenshot and clipboard pop-ups to paste the content into ChatGPT conversation.

The software update also brings camera enhancements such as improved color balance and portrait mode improvements. Now the camera app also uses CPU scheduling, so it opens faster. There are also several other optimizations including clearer battery display in the battery widget, optimized battery saving, smarter adjustments for auto-brightness., improvements to call stability, smoother Quick Settings, and fixes to known bugs in Android Auto.

Nothing is now rolling out Nothing OS 2.5.5a gradually. You can check for the update manually by going to your phone’s system settings.

Nothing Phone (2a) features a 6.70-inch 120 Hz display, octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, 50+50MP rear camera, 32MP selfie camera, and 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The phone runs Nothing OS based on Android 14. The company recently pushed an update that added new camera features, Google’s April security patch, general improvements, and bug fixes.

Nothing Phone 2a comes in 8+128GB, 8+256GB, and 12+256GB configurations. Recently, the company also introduced Nothing Phone (2a) Blue edition.
