Some Apple users have reported that they are signed out of their Apple ID across their devices for no reason. When they tried to sign in again, they were locked out of their accounts.

9to5mac published a report when several users tipped the publications about the issue. Several users took to social media to report the issue. 9to5mac also added links to several social media threads talking about similar incidents. One of the users was in the middle of a FaceTime call when this happened.

To get back the access to Apple ID, they had to reset their Apple ID passwords. Some users couldn’t even reset their passwords.

Most people who remain signed in to their iPhones usually forget their passwords. So, this bug could be really annoying. This problem could be even bigger if you have Stolen Device Protection enabled and you are not in your twisted location.

Apple has yet to comment on the issue.
