Apple will hold a launch event next month on October 30. The event invite has a tagline “Scary Fast.” The event will be streamed on Apple.com and YouTube on October 30th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT. The invite didn’t confirm anything but Apple has rumored to unveil new Macs on the event.

The Scary Fast tagline suggests big improvements in performance. It means Apple is set to introduce its latest M3 chips to power laptop and desktop devices.

It its weekly newsletter, Gurman claimed that iMacs and MacBook Pros are short in supply. So, new models were expected.

“New models may be coming soon: the company is likely planning a Mac-related launch event at the end of this month,” said Gurman.

As per rumors, Apple could unveil a refreshed 24-inch iMac and a new MacBook Pro. New devices could pack Apple’s M3 chip for even faster performance. The previous 24-inch iMac is powered by M1 chip. Upgraded iMac with M3 chip will offer even better performance.

Although the October event is mostly for iPad, reports suggest that Apple has no plans to launch new iPad models this year. New iPad models could come next year in March 2024. The new MacBook Pro could come in 14-inch and 16-inch display sizes. These models will also be powered by Apple’s M3 chip.
