Canon India has launched its new mirrorless camera Canon EOS R6 Mark II and RF135mm f/1.8L IS USM lens in India. EOS R6 Mark II is the successor to the popular EOS R6. Canon EOS R6 Mark II is for professional videographers who are into professional video production.

Canon EOS R6 Mark II comes with a new 24.2MP full-frame sensor with enhanced processing. It also features a native ISO speed of up to 102,400.

It claims to offer good 4K quality videos even at 60p through the 6K oversampling process. It can capture UHD 4K/60p videos with no crop and APS-C crop. Video recording is capped at 40 minutes per clip at full sensor width and up to 50 minutes in APS-C mode. There are no time restrictions in 4K/30p or 4K/24p.

It has a 7.62cm LCD monitor and a 1.27cm OLED viewfinder. The camera uses machine learning in AF algorithms to offer improved autofocus. The subject tracking now goes beyond people and animals.

The EOS R6 MARK II supports UVC and UAC protocols. This enables high-quality Full HD 30p video and audio transfer to a PC in real time. This feature makes the camera ideal for live streams and remote meetings. So, the camera is also good for live streamers and content creators.

Canon has also launched RF135mm f/1.8L IS USM: lens with faster speed, improved bokeh, and 8 stops image stabilization. The lens weighs only approximately 935g. The lens features professional-grade optical, imaging, and build
quality.
