Online Hiring Platform myNoticePeriod Rebrands As Hiree

Hiree

HireeOnline Hiring Platform myNoticePeriod has rebranded itself as Hiree. Along with rebranding, it has also changed its business strategy to expand the area of operation.

Initially, this platform was launched for candidates in their notice periods. This was the unique concept which helped the startup in getting attention in the crowd of startups in India. Now, it also targets regular job seekers to reach to more users in India.

“The larger problem we are trying to solve is to get active job seekers and not necessarily target only notice period employees,” said Manjunath Talwar, cofounder of myNoticePeriod.

This platform helps candidates in getting better opportunity than they already hold in their hands. Hiring agencies already know that the candidate has already been selected in some other company, so there is something good in the candidate. Now, they can offer something better to grab that candidate from their competitors.

Recently it also launched an Android app to connect recruiters with candidates in better ways including call, Whatsapp, SMS, e-mail or schedule meetings for future discussion. For jobseekers, the service is free. But for companies, it offers different subscriptions.

With this new business strategy, now they are open to big job market of India. Now, they will compete with other big rivals in the industry but their unique notice period job concept is still there to distinguish them with other market rivals.

Hiree platform claims to have around 165,000 active job seekers and 12,000 registered recruiters on its portal. Earlier this year, it also raised 18 crore from IDG Ventures India in Series A funding.
