Now You can Make Free One-minute International Calls via Google Hangouts

Yesterday, Google announced that users from 25 countries will not get first minute free on International calls via hangouts app.

Google hangouts app for desktop and mobile app lets users chat with friends and make video calls. Few days back, It also added international calling on cheap rates (free calls to US and Canada).

But there is an important thing to note before go and try first free minute. You need to have calling credit in your account. As the feature is available only in 25 countries, you will automatically see “First minute free” on the call screen. If you do not see this message, you will be charged for the first minute too.

Google also noted that this first minute free calling will not be there for all calls if you make large number of calls per day.

With this free one minute call, you can say quick hello and an important message within one minute. Google has also posted 10 things which you can say in quick one minute calls.
