Ebay India now promises to deliver products to customers in Mumbai within 9 hours of placing the order. However, in order to avail the competitive ‘9 hour delivery’ service the order must be placed before 12 noon. Also the offer is applicable in the cases where the shipping address is Mumbai.

As of now, not all products come under the luring ‘9 hour delivery’ service. (To see the list of products under this facility, Click Here)

Earlier e-commerce giants like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal have also tried to influence sales with attractive delivery promises. Amazon started the 24 hour delivery for Rs. 99 and Flipkart offering the same for Rs. 90. Now Ebay tries to dominate with the exciting ‘9 hour delivery’. Among all these offers, Myntra seems to be winning with its 1 hour delivery promise in Bangalore and Delhi.

However, Ebay chose to let customers pay in advance for availing this facility. Cash on delivery is currently not available under the 9 hour delivery.

Orders placed after 12 noon under 9 hour delivery will be delivered any time during the course of the next business day. One can email their grievance to [email protected] if the delivery does not happen on the same day as promised.
