India’s leading online shopping portal, Myntra.com has started a new product shipping experiment. To enhance customer experience, now company is offering delivery of products within one to two hours in selected locations of Delhi and Bangalore.

In both cities, delivery in selected areas will be done within first hour and other areas will be covered within two hours. If company get success in this new experiment, it will surely reduce the gap between online and offline shopping.

As of now, website offers maximum 7 days delivery from the date of order made online. But this new one-hour delivery will surely attract many new customers from Delhi and Bangalore. To make this successful, company has also established a strong warehouse management in Delhi and Bangalore to fulfill the demand as quickly as possible.

“Our core belief of providing unique experiences to customers has always worked in helping us build loyalty and recall. The one-hour delivery pilot is one such innovation that will, in the future, change the way people perceive online shopping,” Ganesh Subramanian, Chief Operating Officer, Myntra commented on their new effort.
