CBI Cracked Hackers With the Help of FBI

In a first international operation against cyber attack, CBI has arrested a hacker in Pune under the violation of Information Technology Act. CBI got success in cracking down on various locations including Pune, Mumbai and Ghaziabad to uncover hackers group. CBI claims that this racket was involved in hacking around 1000 Indian and international email accounts.

How to Be a hacker

CBI was able to get success after getting hints from Federal Bureau of Investigation. This operation is said to be a part of a coordinated action between India, US, China and Romania.

CBI has arrested Amit Vikram Tiwari and registered two cases against him. He was involved in some credit card frauds and hacks accounts of individuals for $250 tp $500 per account.

“Upon receipt of the order, as well as the e-mail addresses, the website operators gained access to such e-mail accounts and sent a proof of such access to the Customers. On receipt of payment from Customers these website operators shared the password with the Customers,” CBI said in press statement.

Raid confirmed that CERT-In was not involved in this operation.
