Bump has confirmed that it has been acquired by Google. Bump is the popular app that lets users share data with other users via mobile phones. Bump is one of the most download apps on smartphone. If you are hearing this name first time, you should know that Bump company owns Bump app that lets users share photos and contacts with other phones or computers via wireless networks.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed by any of companies. All 25 persons of the company including founders will join Google. Bump is also the owner of a peer-to-peer photo sharing app Folk. Bump app has interesting features but it always failed in earning much revenue.

Bump and Flock, both apps will be available for now. Google is likely to integrate the feature of the app to Android of its Google+ apps.
