Earlier today, Samsung has posted the first image of its upcoming Galaxy S IV on Twitter. Although, the it does not show the full body of the phone but it looks similar as we have seen in many leaked images.

Samsung will officially announce Galaxy S IV on March 14 in New York. This event will also be live-streamed for everyone.

According to earlier rumors, Samsung Galaxy S4 is expected to feature a 5 inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. Other features will be 1.8GHz Exynos 5410 processor, PowerVR SGX544MP GPU, 2GB RAM, 13MP rear camera, 2.1MP front camera and 2700 mAh battery. Like other high end smartphones, it will also be available in various storage models.

Rumours also said that Galaxy S IV will come with wireless charging and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
