Acer India Website Hacked, 20K Users Credential Leaked

Acer India Website Hacked, 20K Users Credential Leaked

Maxeny, Turkish hacker, hacked six subdomains of Acer India and leaked users login credentials online. hacked websites are acn.acer.co.in, adn.acer.co.in, aln.acer.co.in, asn.acer.co.in, humanet.acer.co.in and select.acer.co.in.

Hacker had put a deface html page on all websites which has now been removed. But you can see the deface pages on these mirrors:

“Hearts a petrified Monster Israeli Zionists. You will find us in the face of all the games you’ve played (sic),” the hacker wrote on the defaced pages.

Hacker has also posted SQL dump files that contains more than 20,000 users data. This file has been  uploaded to popular filehosting website Rapidshare. This file has been available at this link.

No official statment from the company has been released. We are still trying to get more information regarding the issue and will update more soon.
