Xbox has announced a new Free Play Days event for players this weekend. Four popular games are available to try for free. These are Fallout 76, For Honor, Dead by Daylight, and Grounded 2.

  • Fallout 76 (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • For Honor (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Dead by Daylight (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC)
  • Grounded 2 (Xbox Series X|S, PC)

The Free Play Days event runs from Thursday, January 29, to Sunday, February 1. All Xbox players can take part, and no Xbox Game Pass membership is required during this period. Fallout 76 and For Honor will remain playable for a longer time, as both games are unlocked until February 5.

Players can start playing by visiting the individual game pages on Xbox.com. From there, they can install the games through the Microsoft Store after signing in. On Xbox consoles, players can open the Xbox Store, go to the Subscriptions tab, and find the Free Play Days collection on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

During the Free Play Days event, players can buy any of the featured games at discounted prices. Progress, achievements, and Gamerscore earned during the trial period will carry over after purchase. Discounts and availability may vary depending on region and title.

Xbox has confirmed that more Free Play Days events are planned in the future. Players can keep an eye on Xbox Wire for upcoming announcements and the latest Xbox gaming news.
