Realme appears to be preparing its next smartphone. The upcoming device, expected to be called the Realme 16T, has now appeared on Geekbench, giving an early look at its key specifications.
The listing shows a Realme phone with model number RMX5268. While the company has not officially confirmed the name, reports suggest this could be the Realme 16T, the successor to last year’s Realme 15T.
According to the benchmark results, the device scored 784 points in the single-core test and 2,007 points in the multi-core test. These numbers indicate an entry-level to mid-range performance profile, similar to what we have seen in previous T-series devices.

The listing also confirms that the phone runs on Android 16 and includes 8GB of RAM. However, earlier leaks suggest that Realme may also offer a 6GB RAM variant, giving users more pricing options at launch.
The RMX5268 is powered by MediaTek’s MT6835 octa-core processor. This chip is paired with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for graphics. Based on these details, the device is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 6300. This would be a slight change compared to the Realme 15T, which came with the Dimensity 6400 Max.
At this stage, Geekbench does not reveal other specifications such as display, battery, or camera details. However, previous reports suggest that the Realme 16T could be available in three color options: Starlight Red, Starlight Black, and Aurora Green.
The phone is also rumored to come in multiple storage variants, including 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
Realme has not shared any official launch date yet, but with benchmark listings already live, the announcement is likely not far away.
