motorola has launched the its new flagship lineup signature series in India with motorola signature. The company had already teased the device earlier, and it is now officially available with top-tier hardware.
The motorola signature features a sleek build. It measures just 6.99mm in thickness and uses an aircraft-grade aluminum frame with a quad-curved design. The phone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance and can survive submersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It also meets MIL-STD-810H military standards for resistance against extreme conditions
The phone features a large 6.8-inch 1.5K Extreme AMOLED display with a variable refresh rate of up to 165Hz. It supports Dolby Vision and offers a peak brightness of up to 6200 nits. The display is Pantone Validated for accurate colors. motorola is offering the device in two Pantone-curated finishes. The display is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Mobile Platform, built on a 3nm process. The chipset is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. To maintain performance during heavy tasks, motorola has added a copper mesh liquid metal cooling system.
motorola signature runs Android 16 out of the box. motorola has promised up to seven years of Android OS updates and security patches. The phone also includes new moto ai features with expanded language support. The company has also announced future updates that will add white-glove assistance, offering access to travel, lifestyle, and concierge-style services.
The phone features four 50MP cameras and has received a Gold Label from DXOMARK. All cameras use Sony LYTIA sensors. The main camera uses the Sony LYTIA 828 sensor, which is the largest sensor motorola has used so far. It supports 8K video recording and Dolby Vision video. The telephoto camera is a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. The ultra-wide camera offers a 122-degree field of view and also works as a macro camera. On the front, there is a 50MP selfie camera with 4K video support. Image processing is handled by the moto ai Photo Enhancement Engine, which helps with noise reduction, color accuracy, and exposure.
The phone also features dual stereo speakers tuned by Sound by Bose, along with Dolby Atmos and Snapdragon Sound support. The device also has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7 802.11 be, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, AGPS, LTEPP, SUPL, Glonass, Galileo, NFC, and USB Type-C USB 3.2.
The device packs a 5200mAh silicon-carbon battery, which allows higher energy density in a thinner body. It supports 90W TurboPower fast charging, up to 50W Wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
