Lava has quietly launched the new Blaze AMOLED 2, and the phone looks impressive. At ₹13,499, it promises 5G performance, a slick display, and clean software.
Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 features a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh. That’s impressive to get at this price. The phone also boasts to be the slimmest in the segment at just 7.55 mm thick. Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 has IP64 dust and splash resistance.
The phone packs MediaTek Dimensity 7060 processor with 6 GB LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. That means fast performance, quick app loading, and smoother multitasking. The phone won’t feel sluggish just months into usage.
The smartphone runs Android 15 with no bloatware. Lava also promises one Android upgrade and two years of security updates.
It has a 50 megapixels primary camera with a Sony IMX752 sensor. It also has an 8 megapixels selfie camera.
Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options are 5G SA / NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
The phone is priced at Rs. 13,499 and will be available from Amazon and across Lava’s retail outlets and starting 16th of August. It comes in Midnight Black and White Feather colors.
