realme has added a new budget smartphone to its lineup with the launch of the realme C71 in India. This new device brings solid features, military-grade durability, and a massive battery at an affordable price.

The realme C71 features a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. So, it offers smoother visuals for everyday use. The screen supports up to 563 nits peak brightness.

Trephine has a Pulse Light Design that can glow in nine colors and supports five customizable light modes. These lights respond to incoming calls, messages, and charging events, adding a cool touch to the user experience.

The realme C71 is built tough. It comes with ArmorShell Protection and has passed military-grade durability tests. It also has an IP54 rating for making it resistant to dust and splashes.

The device is powered by the Unisoc T7250 octa-core processor, built on the 12nm process. It comes in two variants: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. It also has up to 6GB of additional virtual RAM and support for expandable storage up to 2TB via microSD. The phone runs on Android 16 with realme UI 6.0.

In the camera department, the realme C71 comes with a 13MP rear camera (Omnivision OV13B sensor, f/2.2 aperture) with LED flash and 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

The device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and Bottom-ported ultra-linear speaker. Connectivity options are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C. It packs a 6300mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging and 6W reverse wired charging.

The realme C71 is available in Obsidian Black and Sea Blue colors. It measures 167.2 x 76.6×7.94mm and weighs 201g.

The 4GB + 64GB is variant is priced at ₹7,699. The 6GB + 128GB costs ₹8,699 but you can get it at ₹7,999 with bank offers.

The phone will be sold via Flipkart and realme.com. However, the 4GB + 64GB variant will also be available form offline stores.
