Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will not be available through Netflix’s library after December 13, 2024. These games now have Leaving Soon badge on the app. However, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will continue be to available for fans.
A Netflix spokesperson confirmed the reason to GameSpot, explaining that the removal was due to the expiration of the licensing agreement. The timing suggests that Netflix had a 12-month licensing agreement with Rockstar Games.
