AOC has unveiled a monitor with Blazing-Fast 540 refresh ate. The AOC AGON Pro AG246FK targets the eSports segment by offering an ultra-fast refresh rate and other notable features.
The monitor features a 24.1-inch TN panel with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a rapid GtG response time of 0.2ms. It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC technologies. AOC also boasts 400 nits peak brightness and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio.
To achieve a fast refresh rate, AOC has used the TN panel that allows faster pixel switching. It is worth noting that the monitor has a 100% sRGB color gamut and HDR 400 certification.
Although we do not have full details, the monitor has a four-port USB, a display port, and 2x HDMI. It also has 2x 5W integrated speakers and a headphone jack. The monitor featrues a stand that offers a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments.
AOC AGON Pro AG246FK is priced at €699 which makes it a good choice for most gamers. It is cheaper than ASUS ROG Swift Pro PG248QP that also has 540 Hz refresh rate and offers similar features.
