HP India today launched its new HP Dragonfly G4 laptop in the country. The laptop aims to offer a premium user experience in a hybrid work environment. HP Dragonfly G4 starts at Rs. 2.2 Lakh and is now available to purchase from HP online and offline stores.

The laptop comes with a lightweight and compact body. It weighs under 1KG. HP claims that the chassis and packaging of the laptop are made of sustainable materials. It also used recycled material for making keyboard keycaps.

HP Dragonfly G4 features a 14.5-inch WUXGA+ touchscreen display with 400 nits brightness. There’s also a model with an OLED display for people who want vibrant and sharp visuals. A notable feature of the display is Sure View Reflect Privacy which makes it difficult for onlookers to view the content on the display from the sides. It also features an ergonomic 180-degree hinge.

It comes with 13th Gen Intel core i5 or i7 processors with ups to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and 2 TB .2 PCIe/NVMe Gen 4 storage. Dragonfly G4 runs Windows 11 Pro for business out of the box.

Dragonfly G4 comes with a compact keyboard and a large trackpad. The trackpad supports multi-touch gestures and a good clickable experience.

There is also a 5MP camera with 88-degree FOV. The camera has some advanced software features to take your video experience to the next level. It is also the world’s first business notebook to support the simultaneous use of two cameras. The HP Auto Frame feature can dynamically follow your movements.

Dragonfly G4 packs a quad-speakers setup tuned by Bang & Olufsen. So, the audio quality is impressive. I don’t think you will need to pair the laptop with a Bluetooth speaker for watching web series or movies. It also features HP’s AI-based noise reduction to filter out background noise.

The laptop has an HDMI port, two USB-C ports, a USB-A port, and a 3.5mm jack. There is also a SIM slot to get data connectivity on the go. Just insert a SIM card into the slot and start getting data connectivity. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E AX211 and Bluetooth 5.3.

The laptop packs a 6-cell 68-WHr battery that can provide up to 9 hours of usage. It also supports HP Fast Charge which can charge the laptop up to 50% in just 30 minutes. The HP Power Manager with Smart Sense can further optimize power usage.
