Honor just announced a mid-range smartphone Honor X30 5G in China.

Honor X30 5G comes with a 6.81-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has a punch-hole for the selfie camera. It packs an Octa-Core Snapdragon 695 8nm SoC with Adreno 619L GPU. It is offered in several variants: 6+128GB, 8+128GB, 8+256GB, and 12+256GB.

The phone has a triple camera with 48 megapixels primary camera, 2 megapixels depth camera, and 2 megapixels macro camera. There is also a 16 megapixels selfie camera.

There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It supports USB Type-C audio. Honor X30 5G runs Honor’s proprietary Magic UI 5.0 based on Android 11.

Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, and USB Type-C.

Honor X30 5G packs a 4800mAh battery with 66W superfast charging. It claims that the phone can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 30 minutes.

Honor X30 5G is now up for order today. It will go on sale in China starting December 24th.
