Motorola just announced its new smartphone Motorola edge s in China. This a 5G phone powered by the recently announced Snapdragon 870 Soc
Motorola edge s features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 560 nits brightness. The phone packs recently announced Octa-Core Snapdragon 870 7nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 650 GPU. It comes in three models: 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB.

The phone has a quad-camera setup that includes 64 megapixels primary camera, 16 megapixels 121° ultra-wide-angle camera, 2 megapixels depth camera, and a ToF sensor. It also features audio zoom. It also comes with a dual selfie camera that includes 16 megapixels primary sensor and an 8 megapixels 100° ultra-wide sensor.
The fingerprint sensor is located on the power button at the side. Motorola edge s is IP52 rated for being Splash resistant. It comes in white and emerald blue colors. The phone measures 168.38×73.97×9.63mm
It feature 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1 + L5), NFC, and USB Type-C connectivity options. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 20W Turbo Charging.

Motorola edge s is now available to order in China. The base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at 1999 yuan. The variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs 2399 yuan. The top-end model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage costs 2799 yuan.
