HMD Global has just announced the launch of new Nokia 106 in India. This is the successor to existing Nokia 106 and is priced at Rs. 1299. This is a feature phone offering incredible battery life.

New Nokia 106 features a 1.8-inch TFT display with 160 x 128 pixels resolution. It has 4-way Navi keys. It packs MediaTek 6261D processor with 4MB RAM. This setup is sufficient for a feature phone offering basic features.

The phone has a polycarbonate body and contoured design. The company claims that the color runs through the material, that makes scratches less detectable. The company has also taken care of the spacing between each button on the keymat. It can store up to 2000 contacts and up to 500 messages. The phone comes with classic Snake Xenzia game and games like Nitro Racing, Danger Dash, Tetris and more.

The phone has FM radio and Flashlight features. It packs 800mAh battery offering up to 21 days standby and 15.7 hours talk time.

The phone will be available across top mobile retailers across the country and Nokia.com/phones.
