LG Q9 with a 6.1-inch QHD+ display, Snapdragon 821, military-level durability, Water-resistant body announced

LG has introduced a new smartphone LG Q9 in So South Korea. The phone is said to be the South Korean Variant of LG G7 Fit.

LG Q9 features a 6.1-inch QHD+ 19.5:9 FullVision display and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with LG UX. It is powered by Quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It has 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB storage. Storage is also expandable up to 2TB with a microSD card.

The phone has 16 megapixels rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with 80-degree wide-angle lens and f/1.9 aperture.

The phone is water and dust resistant with IP68 rating. It also sports MIL-STD 810G certified body for military-level durability

The phone features 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC and Boombox Speaker. It also has 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.

Connectivity features of the phone include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.1. It also has 3000 mach battery with Quick Charge 3.0.

The phone comes in Carmine Red, New Aurora Black and New Moroccan Blue colors. It will go on sale in South Korea from January 11th.

It costs 499,400 Korean Won.
