Lenovo is set to launch a new phone in India this month and we are expecting this new phone to be Lenovo K9 Note.

Lenovo has started sending the invites for an event scheduled on October 16. That tagline mentioned on the invite reads “The Killer Returns”. So, we expect the launch of Lenovo K9 Note in the country. It is because Lenovo always uses ‘Killer’ word for the K series of smartphones.

Since Lenovo K-Series fall in the mid-budget segment, the phone is expected to be in Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 28,000 range. Realme 2 Pro, Zenfone Max Pro M1, and Redmi Note 5 Pro are already three really hard smartphones to compete against. Motorola One Power also falls in the same segment.

Some reports claim that Lenovo will launch the Lenovo Z5 as Lenovo K9 Note in the country.

It is really surprising to see a long gap from Lenovo. Lenovo K8 Note was launched back in August 2017. We thought that Lenovo is no more interested in its K series devices and is now focusing on Motorola series.

We just know the tagline to guess what phone it could be. We still have 10 days to guess before the phone becomes official. I will be at the event and will give the updates straight from there. So, do not forget to follow us on social media to never miss an update.
