Xiaomi has launched its new Air Purifier Mi Air Purifier 2s, the successor of Mi Air Purifier 2 in India. It is priced at Rs. 8999. It will be available from Flipkart, Amazon.in and Mi.com from tomorrow

Mi Air Purifier 2S comes with an OLED digital display that shows temperature and humidity. The brightness of this display is automatically adjusted according to ambient light.

It has high precision laser sensor that allows the air purifier to detect particles as small as 0.3μm and instantly report the particulate matter levels. It has 360-degree cylindrical triple-layer filter that traps pollutants from all angles. It also claims that it ca catch harmful bacteria and even effectively removes formaldehyde and other harmful substances. It can also eliminate odors.

You can use Mi Home app to check indoor and outdoor air quality, temperature, and humidity and adjust the fan strength. It also has smarter home integration with support for Alexa and Google Assistant.

The Clean Air Delivery Rate, or CADR, of 310 cubic meters per hour and is good for a room size of 400 square feet. It operates silently at 30 decibels.
