Airtel has introduced a budget friendly down payment option where people can buy Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ by paying just Rs. 9900 as downpayment. After this, you will get an option to pay easy EMI with a postpaid plan.

The bundled postpaid Airtel plan comes with 80GB of data (with rollover), unlimited local & STD calling and national roaming. Customers will also get free 1 year membership of Amazon Prime, Airtel TV, Wynk Music and Airtel Secure.

If you are interested, you just need to visit Airtel Online Store, select the device, Check your eligibility and get instant loan approvals. Then you need to pay the downpayment and the device will be delivered to your address.
If you look closely, galaxy S9 64 GB model will cost you Rs. 69,876. The same is available for Rs. 57,900. If you buy it from Samsung’s e-store, you can get it with No Cost EMI and avail extra Rs. 6000 cashback on HDFC credit cards. You are already eligible for Airtel Double Data offer, Vodafone Netflix offer and Jio Special annual offer.
So, I don’t this option gives any considerable value to attract customers. In place of paying extra amount to Airtel and pay monthly instalments, a person can go with no cost EMI option. Pre-paid customers already have free data and voice benefits. Postpaid customers will have to think a bit.
