Motorola’s Entry-Level Moto C and Moto C Plus Revealed

Just after the launch of the Moto G5, the next devices of Motorola has been unveiled, the Moto C and Moto C Plus. These devices are said to be Entry-Level smartphones and are rumored to be cheaper than the Moto E series. The renders and 360 videos of the devices are now available.

Both the devices will flaunt a 5-inch display, but the Moto C will have a resolution of 854 x 480, while the C Plus variant will have a better 1280 x 720 pixels. Both the devices run on MediaTek chipsets, the base variant uses a 32 bit SoC, while the C Plus uses a 64 bit SoC.

Under the hood, the Moto C will have a 1 GB RAM while the Moto C Plus will have either a 1GB  or 2GB RAM, based on the market it is being sold in. Coming to the storage, both the devices support Micro SD card. The Moto C comes with both 8Gb and 16GB internal storage, while Moto C Plus will have 16GB internal storage only.

Coming to the camera, both the devices have 2 MP front shooter. On the back, however, the Moto C has a 5 MP camera while the C Plus variant bumps the camera up to 8 MP. The base variant of the devices has a battery capacity of 2350 mAh, while the Moto C Plus has an impressive 4000 mAh Battery.

The Moto C will be available in both 3G and 4G variant, while the C Plus will be available on 4G only. Both the devices look extremely similar except for the minor camera bump on Moto C Plus. The speaker is spotted on the back of the devices, while both the Headphone jack and USB port are mounted on top. Both the models are said to be available in gold, red, black and silver color variants.

There is no information available on the pricing of the devices, However, we can expect it to be cheaper than the Moto E series. These devices are strictly entry-level smartphones and are focused towards basic users.
