Google’s Pixel phones are now up for pre-order in India. This is the first time Google has come up with own branded smartphones. So, people are confused for after sale services. While Google has already showcased 24/7 live customer support on calls and chat, we Indian want to know where to go if there is a big fault in product.
So, Google has partnered with HTC to provide after-sales warranty service for Google’s Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones in India. HTC Stores will work as service center for these phones.
“We have partnered with HTC India for after sales service in 56 walk-in service centers in over 30 cities,” – A Google spokesperson.
HTC is the manufacturing partner of Google’s pixel phones. While it has a local assembly chain in India, Google is importing Pixel phones.
