At Apple Event, Apple has announced next generation iPad dubbed as iPad Pro.

It has 12.9 inch display measured diagonally with 2732 x 2048 pixels resolution and 5.6 million pixels. It means it has more pixels than 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display.

It is powered by  third-gen A9x chip which is 1.8x faster than the previous chip and up to 2x faster in the GPU. This new chipset boasts twice the memory bandwidth and twice the flash writing speed than the old A8X chip.

It has 4 speaker audio system for awesome music experience.

It is 6.9 mm thin and weighs 712 grams. Apple also confirms that battery of the iPad Pro will last for around 10 hours.
